A – We would recommend that you book the removal service that you require as soon as possible. Once you have decided on the service that meets your criteria and have either placed a quotation online for our service or requested a call back, you will be contacted by our team within a 24 hour period. When the requirements have been understood and agreed you will be given a provisional removal date.
A – Once your quotation has been placed, you will be contacted by telephone or email within a 24 period with a quote for the service that you require. Once an agreement has been established, we would require a 10% deposit. Any service or services that are cancelled after an agreement has been set in place is non-refundable.
A – We provide packaging service options and reassembly solutions; these services can be used in conjunction with any of the services that we provide. Please contact us if you require further information before getting a quotation online.
A – We would require that all electrical and gas appliances be disconnected prior to your move. We are more than happy to assist in disconnection of washing machines (and reconnect upon relocation), please make us aware when placing your quote.
